An Excursion Trip to “New Delhi World Book Fair”

National Book Trust of India with ITPO  has organised the 27th edition of “New Delhi World Book Fair” at Pragati Maidan,  Delhi from February 10-18th ‘2024.The theme of New Dehli world book fair 2024 was- Multilingual India: A Living Tradition.

Book Fairs have a great role to play in promoting the reading habit among people of all age groups.Apart from promoting literacy and reading habits, the fair presents a vast panorama of Indian books on a wide range of subjecs.In pursuance of such values; faculty members of SGTBIMIT took BBA, BBA (B&I), BCA and BCOM students of second semester to experience this vibrant fair with a plethora of literature where students explored every section of the books that were displayed and had interesting interactions with influencers present at the Book Fair. #sgtbimit #worldbookfair #books #literature #delhi #educationaltrip

SGTBIM&IT, a SIKH Institution, was founded by the DSGMC, with the primary objective of providing University Education in a nice atmosphere for deserving students irrespective of caste and creed. It started functioning in 2009 with just 120 students on the rolls in two undergraduate courses of BCA & BBA. SGTBIM&IT, though affiliated to GGSIPU.
