We are organizing the pool campus drive with Ligayas Devi Institute Of Management in our campus Sri Guru Tegh Bahadur Institute Of Management & IT.
Company is hiring for both Jaro Education & Jaro Toppscholars - basis the student's education qualification they would be eligible for either of the roles.
Designation: Trainee – Career Development
Eligibility criteria for Jaro Education:
- BCom/BBA/BBM/BA etc. i.e. any management/arts/commerce graduate 2020 Batch
- MBA - General/Marketing/International Business/Retail 2020 batch with graduation in management/arts/commerce mandatory
- MCom
Eligibility criteria for Jaro Toppscholars:
- BE/BTech/BCA/BSc (Any Specialization) 2020 Batch
- MBA - General/Marketing/International Business/Retail 2020 batch with graduation in BE/BTech/BCA/BSc mandatory
- MCA/MSc/MTech (Any Specialization) 2020 Batch
Job Description (Toppscholars)
- Identify opportunities through web interaction, telecalling, marketing events and advertisements.
- Validate & manage the leads generated through above mentioned activities.
- Record & maintain the quality of leads and ensure progression of leads from identification to closure.
- Maintain the quality pipeline by targeting the right set of audience and weekly closure by continuous follow up.
- Provide counseling to students and help them to choose their right learning module.
- Willing to travel within city limits and convince the customers to purchase Toppscholars Learning App.
Job Description (Jaro Education)
(70% inside sales & 30% outside meetings)
- Lead generation through cold calling and scheduling an appointment with the prospective leads.
- Meeting and counseling the prospects – that are mostly working executives and corporate professionals in various industries.
- Achieving enrollment targets.
Compensation for Toppscholars : 12,02,000 LPA
Compensation for Jaro Education : 7.5 LPA
Job Locations : Mumbai, Pune, Bangalore, Hydrabad, Chennai, Noida & Gurgaon.
