SGTBIMIT organized Power Seminar on topic “Essential Interview Skills” in association with ICT Academy on Nov 17, 2022 for final year students. Ms. Tanvi Mittal was the speaker for the day. She is HR Head at VLink Inc. which delivers innovative and affordable digital solutions and IT staffing services through long-lasting partnerships worldwide.She has also worked as an HR Manager at RSK Business Solutions Pvt Ltd (USA, UK & India) and at RupeePower.com, MintStreet. As an HR leader she has a diverse 11+ years of experience spanning industries and verticals, and a proven track record of successfully delivering results through designing and implementing a precise Talent Strategy for the Business. During her career span, she has garnered rich experience in the entire gamut of HR operations including HR Management, Performance Management, Grievance Redressal & Employee Engagement, Training & Interviewing, Training needs Analysis, Talent Acquisition and Management, WorkForce Administration, Manpower Management, Payroll Management, Compliance, Vendor Management, Employee Relations, and Process Compliance & Engagement for employees and HR Analytics. She has worked extensively in the areas of Leadership Development, Succession Planning, Manpower Planning and Talent Acquisition, Compensation and Rewards, Organization Structure, Change Management, and Assessment Centers. Mr. Ajaz Yousuf was the guest of honor. He is relationship Manager at ICT Academy and is also currently associated with SGTBIMIT as the ICT Representative. He has done his M.A and M.Phil. In English and is NET Certified. The guests were felicitated by our respected Director Prof(Dr) Navneet Kaur and HOD’s. Our honorable Director Madam Prof (Dr) Navneet Kaur motivated students and gave them successful mantras for clearing different interviews. Students have participated with full enthusiasm in the session. The event was successfully coordinated by Dr Supreet Kaur Sahi, Head(R&D) and Ms Ritinder Kaur coordinator, ICT Academy.
