International Women's Day, March 25, 2026

On the occasion of International Women’s Day, SGTBIMIT in collaboration with ICT Academy organized an impactful session on March 25,2026 on the topic “From Education to Leadership: Empowering Young Women to Break Barriers and Drive Social Change” focused on empowering women students with confidence, career awareness, and future-ready skills. 
The honored speaker for the event was Ms. Sudha Jhijharia, Head – Billion Hearts Beating Foundation, an Organization under Apollo Hospitals Enterprises Limited.
Ms. Sudha Jhijharia is dedicated to promoting preventive healthcare and heart health awareness across India. With extensive experience in CSR leadership, health advocacy, and community engagement, she works closely with healthcare professionals, corporate partners, and institutions to create sustainable and scalable social impact initiatives. She gave her insights and experience to our BCA students inspiring them to build confidence, pursue leadership, and contribute meaningfully to society. 
Her words enlightened the students to explore opportunities in emerging sectors, develop leadership mindsets, and build the confidence they need to become future innovators and leaders.
